Samosa with pork / beef -Самоса със свинско месо и картофи

1 large Russet potato
½ lb ground pork or beef
2 oz red bell pepper, chopped
3-4 green onions, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
Dash of curry powder
Dash of cumin
1 tsp Sambal sauce (chilli based sauce)
1 oz sunflower oil


Peel and boil the potato in salted water. Drain and mash it.
Sauté the onion, garlic and ground meat with oil. Season it.
Mix with mashed potato and add chopped green onions, red pepper and chilli sauce.

1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tbsp semolina
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp oil
1/4 cup warm water

The dough must be firm.

Sweet and sour dipping is made from plum sauce, chilli sauce, lyutenitza and soy sauce.
