Fish cakes / Рибни кюфтета

1 lb fish fillets, de-boned, minced (red snapper, cod, salmon- mix)
1 red pepper, finely chopped
1 egg
 ½ bunch green onions, finely chopped
½ cup bread crumbs
1 tsp paprika
Pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tsp ground coriander seeds
Cilantro (optional)


Frying pan
3 tbsp flour and oil for frying

In a large, deep bowl combine everything together. Mix well. Leave to settle down about 1 h or more. The mixture has to be sticky and dry. Make balls and press each of them between your palms. Roll into flour and fry in hot oil from both sides.
