2 cups warm water
2 tablespoons active dry yeast
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 tablespoons oil
4⅓ cups and All-Purpose flour
In a bowl combine yeast, salt, sugar and warm water (around 38°C). Let it for 5 minutes. Stir. Yeast must be all dissolved in water.
Add 1 cup of flour and stir. From the rest of the flour make a well and pour yeast mixture into it and mix until the dough forms a good ball and absorbs all flour. Then, knead the dough for 5 to 10 minutes.
Put the dough in a oiled bowl, cover and let the dough rise in warm spot for 1 hour (it should double in size). Form the dough in your favourite form.
Oil a baking dish, sprinkle with flour and place dough, cover and let rise for another 30 min.
Bake 450°F about 30 min or until golden brown.
