Pork skewers / Pork Shish kebab

1lb boneless pork loin centre cut about 1 inch tick
2 red bell peppers cut into squares
1 large onion cut into squares
10-12 button mushrooms (optional)
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp Montreal steak spice
1 oz red wine

In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients, wine, oil, and spices. Leave the meat to marinade for an hour. Thread on skewers and grill.
